  • Shipping and delivery times?

    Ready to ship items: Ship within 3-7 business days

    Preorders: Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping of pre-ordered items. Shipping updates will be provided via our Instagram stories (@the_delightfulchildren ) and email list

    US orders take 3-7 business days to deliver. For international orders delivery times vary based on location.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Refunds are not offered for a change of mind. Refunds are only available for:

    - items that were incorrectly sent (wrong size or style, etc)

    - Items that arrived damaged

  • CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Due to us being a small business/ having low stock, we do not regularly do exchanges.

    Returns are only accepted on items in their original condition in original packaging within 10 days of you receiving your order.

    Return costs are at the customer’s expense. As we are a small business, we do not offer free returns. The customer must cover their own shipping cost. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.

  • All return, refund, and exchange requests must be emailed to thedelightfulchildren.info@gmail.com. Please provide your full name, order number, and request. Do not return your package without first communicating with us.
